Nutritional counseling professionals help clients to master one of the most important prerequisites for good health: a balanced diet. Whether patients hope to lose weight, compete in a triathlon or manage a chronic illness, their eating habits can mean the difference between failure and success.

  • Managing Weight – Step by step guide to healthy eating and lifestyle changes. Emphasis on self-management and long-term results.

  • Managing Digestive Disorders, Allergies – Learn how to meet nutritional needs despite limitations imposed by food allergies or other medical conditions.

A Registered Dietitian is available to provide in-patient nutrition counseling at both sites.
The Food Services Department provides meals to patients. Please notify the Food Services Department regarding any food intolerance’s.
