Full Emergency Services

An emergency is a life-threatening illness or injury.
Call 9-1-1 to get medical help right away.

On arrival a Nurse will evaluate your condition and prioritize your care according to Triage Guidelines. Triage is the process of evaluating each patient and determining which patient needs the most immediate attention.

A Hospital Emergency Department is set up to serve the critically ill and seriously injured patients; therefore, it is extremely important that the sickest and most injured be taken care of first.

Occasionally you may have to wait in the Emergency Room if you have a non-urgent illness, as the Doctor On-Call is responsible for the medical care of all patients in the Hospital. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. We will try to keep you informed.
